GET UNSTUCK USING THE POWER OF WORDS
AND THE EXPRESSION OF ART.
ABOUT STAX studio
No matter whether your passion is your work or your life, at some point, you're going to hit a wall. The decisions that helped you build your business can become calcified, the barriers you have built will start to hem you in, and that is fatal because the world itself is ever-changing, demanding a new strategy. A new you.
With STAX, you learn to create from a full well instead of a scarcity mentality. Through directed play, using a humble cardboard box, we rebuild your connection to your process.
Why a box? Sure, it's a metaphor -- we will literally break through the box -- but it's also the perfect way to relearn how to play. It's super low stakes. There's an endless supply. And there's no wrong way to create with one. It's just a damn cardboard box!
A box that gives you the freedom to create...
...and the freedom to destroy.
Together, we can fundamentally change your relationship to your work. Create breakthroughs. Spark transformation. Increase motivation. Boost confidence.
STAX. Let's break out of the box.
Looking for a way to motivate your team and break through resistance? We offer 90-minute, half-day, and full-day workshops to break down barriers, boost resourcefulness and reconnect with your organization’s core values.

Aylene Lambert is the founder of STAX studio, where she teaches classes on how to shift mindsets, connect to our work, and get unstuck, using a playful combination of writing and cardboard art. She is driven by the stories we tell ourselves, and how to change those stories to better serve us. Her mission is to help people fall back in love with their creative process, one box at a time.
With a background in healthcare marketing, Aylene has first-hand experience working in diverse corporate teams - across cultures, in-house, as an external consultant, in-person, and virtually. When she undertook a long-term passion project of writing her first novel, she developed a process to help break through walls of resistance and fall in love with the creative process itself. This was the inception of STAX studio.
